Donkey Kong Bananza’s Next DLC Event Begins Next Week
Nintendo has announced the next limited-time DLC event for Donkey Kong Bananza, following the conclusion of the “Rattlin’ Snake Bananza” event. The new “Kong Bananza Returns” event launches on June 9th and runs through June 16th, featuring Donkey Kong Country Returns-themed rewards and challenges.
Players participating in the event can earn exclusive collectible rewards by completing Void Kong’s special challenges. Those who meet the “Emerald Rush” quotas will unlock Tiki Kong and Tiki Goon statues, which expand the game’s DK Island collection. The event takes place within the game’s Canyon Layer environment and includes customized challenge parameters, with restrictions applied to players’ available perks and abilities to create a fresh gameplay experience.
This represents the latest in Nintendo’s ongoing content strategy for Donkey Kong Bananza, which has featured multiple themed DLC events since launch. The time-limited nature of the event encourages players to participate within the specified window to collect exclusive rewards and progress their collections.
