All spark container upgrade locations in Mina the Hollower
In Mina the Hollower, spark container upgrades are essential progression items that impact both survival and exploration. These upgrades increase the player’s capacity to carry spark stacks, which directly affects two key systems: the financial penalty incurred upon death and access to restricted areas.
When players die in Mina the Hollower, they risk losing accumulated bones, the game’s currency. More spark containers reduce this penalty, making exploration and risk-taking less punishing. Additionally, carrying extra sparks facilitates opening spark doors—distinctive silver-gold doors marked with circular spark sockets that guard valuable content and passages.
The game contains three spark container upgrades accessible through different methods. The first can be purchased from the Emporium vendor in Ossex. The second requires restoring a headless statue located in Mourner’s Mile, likely involving environmental puzzles. The third is earned by defeating the Dark Deluxy boss in Septemburg, a significant combat challenge.
This upgrade distribution encourages players to engage with diverse gameplay systems—commerce, environmental interaction, and combat—across multiple game regions. The design promotes thorough exploration and engagement with all facets of the game’s mechanics, balancing progression with discovery.
