Attack on Titan 3 Looks Like the Ultimate Adaptation, Covers the Full Story on PS5
Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have announced Attack on Titan 3, the latest entry in the anime-based video game series coming to PlayStation 5. Building on the strong foundation of 2018’s Attack on Titan 2, the new title promises to be the most comprehensive adaptation of the franchise yet.
The centerpiece of Attack on Titan 3 is its ambitious story campaign, which will cover the entire narrative arc of the source material—from the characters’ initial training as scouts through to the series’ climactic Rumbling event. This comprehensive scope represents a significant expansion from previous entries and aims to deliver a definitive video game adaptation of the anime.
The game will maintain the series’ signature aerial combat mechanics, which have been a hallmark of the Attack on Titan video game adaptations. Omega Force, known for its work on the previous title, returns to develop this latest installment.
Koei Tecmo has scheduled a dedicated showcase for July 1st to reveal more information about Attack on Titan 3. The publisher has indicated that an official release date may be announced at this showcase, giving fans their first concrete timeline for when they can experience the game on PS5.
