Mafia: The Old Country Is Getting a Story DLC Very Soon
Mafia: The Old Country will receive story DLC titled “Man of Honor” on August 14, 2026. The expansion costs $10 and adds two new chapters to protagonist Enzo’s story, along with additional Free Ride mode content.
The new chapters are set in Sicily during the winter of 1905 and continue Enzo’s narrative within the main campaign. The storyline focuses on Enzo assisting Ennio Salieri, a prominent character from the original Mafia series who appears as the antagonist in Mafia: Definitive Edition. In the DLC, Salieri has recently been released from prison and is seeking to reclaim his position, with Enzo helping him in his endeavors as a trusted soldato of the Torrisi crime family.
The expansion features fresh environments, weapons, and vehicles exclusive to the new chapters. Players can experience the story content either as part of the main campaign progression or access the chapters directly once they’ve advanced sufficiently through the base game.
Beyond the story chapters, Man of Honor adds new content to Free Ride mode, where players can team up with Salieri to complete exclusive jobs and extreme challenges across the Valle Dorata region. The DLC also includes new collectibles and hidden locations to discover during Free Ride sessions.
