Escape from Tarkov Adaptive Diplomacy Quest Guide—Where Are Ref’s Camps?

Battlestate Games has launched the Tarkov Hospitality event in Escape from Tarkov, introducing a new quest line centered around a conflict between two traders: Ref and Jaeger. The event features multiple quests that form a short campaign, culminating in a choice-based ending.

The quest chain begins with Guardian of Nature, a straightforward fetch quest requiring players to locate information about Ref’s plan at the EMERCOM Camp on Woods. This introductory quest leads into more action-oriented objectives.

Subsequent quests escalate in complexity and scope. Adaptive Diplomacy tasks players with eliminating PMCs (player-controlled characters or AI opponents) at specific locations across Woods, Customs, or Shoreline. Distributed Strike requires hunting cleanup crew enemies across three different maps for Jaeger, described as a particularly challenging stage due to high competition for the objectives. Dish Served Cold involves planting Signal Jammer devices at locations across three maps on behalf of Skier.

The event content is relatively short in overall duration, though difficulty varies by quest. Several objectives demand knowledge of specific spawn locations that aren’t immediately obvious to players, making guides essential for efficient completion. The event offers in-game rewards upon completion, incentivizing participation in what appears to be Escape from Tarkov’s live-service quest structure.
