The cast of the Jackass franchise gathered at IGN Live 2026 to promote Jackass: Best and Last, the upcoming fifth and final installment in the long-running stunt comedy series. Steve-O acknowledged the franchise’s history of previous “final” films with humor, but assured fans that this time the conclusion is genuine. He described Best and Last as a “beautiful celebration of the entire franchise,” emphasizing the significance of returning to the series for what will be its last theatrical release. The film marks the continuation of the franchise’s signature style, featuring elaborate and often painful practical stunts.
Among the new content being developed for the film is an unconventional scene involving a robot, which Steve-O discussed during the panel. Poopies and Jasper, who joined the franchise as newcomers in the previous film Jackass Forever, are returning for this final installment, suggesting the production aims to bring back key cast members for the franchise’s farewell.
