Warhammer 40,000: Darktide just gave us a greater look at the upcoming cybernetic warrior Skitarii
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is adding a new playable class to its roster: the Skitarii, elite cybernetic warriors of the Adeptus Mechanicus faction. The new class will be available for players to test starting June 23, as announced during the PC Gaming Show.
The Skitarii represent a significant addition to Darktide’s lineup of playable characters, bringing their heavy armory and close-combat prowess to the grim battles of the Warhammer 40,000 universe. A new trailer showcased the class in action, demonstrating their brutal combat style as they cut through enemies in service to the Machine God, the central deity of the Adeptus Mechanicus.
The reveal generated interest from the gaming community, with the gameplay footage highlighting the Skitarii’s combat capabilities and distinctive appearance. Players will be able to experience the new class firsthand when it releases on June 23.
