Poll: Vote for Your PS5 Game of the Month (May 2026)
Push Square has published its Game of the Month poll for May 2026, inviting PS5 players to vote on their favorite release from the month. The publication of the poll was delayed due to coverage of major summer gaming events. While May was not described as an exceptionally strong month for PS5 releases, it still featured several notable titles across different genres and scales.
Two major AAA blockbusters dominated the month’s releases: 007 First Light and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight. Beyond these tentpole titles, the month also included smaller releases that received critical acclaim: Mixtape and Mina the Hollower. Despite representing substantially different gameplay styles and design philosophies, both of these smaller titles received rave reviews from critics.
The monthly poll invites the gaming community to determine which PS5 release best exemplified May 2026’s offerings. This recurring tradition allows players to voice their preferences among the month’s releases and highlights the diversity of gaming experiences available on the PlayStation 5 platform.
