While You Wait for Kingdom Hearts 4, Play the Entire Saga with New Collection on PS5

Square Enix is bringing the entire Kingdom Hearts series to PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026, with three collections that provide a comprehensive journey through the franchise’s history. The release arrives as fans await Kingdom Hearts 4, which was recently showcased with new gameplay and cutscenes but still has no confirmed launch date.

The three collections include Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts 3 with the Re:Mind DLC. Together, they offer access to the entire saga spanning multiple Disney-themed worlds and following the adventures of protagonist Sora. The collections will also be available as a bundled package for players who want the complete experience in one purchase.

This multi-platform release represents a significant effort to onboard new players and refresh existing fans’ memories before the next mainline entry. Unlike previous compilations such as the PS4 All-in-One Package, these new collections mark the series’ official arrival on Nintendo Switch 2, expanding the franchise’s reach to the latest Nintendo hardware.
