MTG Marvel Super Heroes reprints Kindred Discovery in Avengers Assemble deck
The Marvel Super Heroes set for Magic: The Gathering is in the final stages of its preview season, with the complete decklist for the Avengers Assemble preconstructed Commander deck recently unveiled by The Command Zone podcast. This deck features two new legendary creature commanders: Captain America, Team Leader and Director Nick Fury.
Among its 32 brand-new cards, the vast majority are legendary creatures representing iconic Marvel characters including Iron Man, Hulk, and Black Widow. Early assessments suggest the Avengers Assemble deck delivers exceptional value relative to its suggested retail price, making it a worthwhile purchase even for players seeking casual play experiences. The deck’s strategy is straightforward: assemble a powerful army of legendary hero creatures and support them with appropriate spells and effects.
This deck is one of four preconstructed Commander decks being released alongside the Marvel Super Heroes crossover set, continuing Magic: The Gathering’s recent trend of high-profile intellectual property collaborations.
