YouTuber Reckless Ben Says He Will Go to Jail If He Continues to Talk About LEGO Reseller Bricks & Minifigs

YouTuber Reckless Ben announced he has been legally forbidden from investigating or discussing LEGO reseller company Bricks & Minifigs, claiming that violation of the gag order would result in jail time. In a video titled “My final message,” Ben stated he was digitally served legal papers establishing the restriction.

According to Ben’s claims, the consequences of breaching the order extend beyond potential incarceration for himself. He indicated that friends could be impacted and funds he has raised through GoFundMe specifically for legal defense could be seized. The legal action was initiated by accusers who claim Ben issued bomb threats and death threats—allegations that Ben attributes as the reason for the gag order.

Ben emphasized that while he is not typically intimidated by threats, the broader implications for those around him and his legal defense fund factored into his decision to comply with the order and cease his investigation into Bricks & Minifigs.
