Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection Is Getting A New Update Early Next Week
Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection is set to receive a significant update on June 15th, 2026, according to an announcement from the official Mega Man social media account. The update will address a variety of bugs and enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the collection.
Among the improvements, the update will introduce the ability to customize controller button assignments. Players will now be able to swap the ‘Confirm’ and ‘Cancel’ button functions on their controllers, providing additional flexibility and accessibility options.
A critical aspect of this update is that it will be required for players to continue accessing the game’s online features and modes. This mandatory requirement underscores the importance of the update for the game’s online infrastructure and community.
The Mega Man Star Force: Legacy Collection launched on Nintendo Switch in March 2026 and brings together multiple titles from the beloved Mega Man Star Force franchise, including Mega Man Star Force Leo, Mega Man Star Force Dragon, and Mega Man Star Force Pegasus. With this update, the developers demonstrate their ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the collection for its player base.
