Forza Horizon 6 Update Now Live On Xbox & PC, Free Car Being Given To All Players
Forza Horizon 6 has received a Series 2 update that directly addresses long-standing player feedback about AI difficulty. Released ahead of the game’s second series of live content, which begins June 18, the update includes several significant gameplay improvements and quality-of-life enhancements.
The most notable changes target opponent behavior and difficulty balancing. The update refines overall difficulty balancing and modifies how Drivatar opponents behave at race starts—a direct response to widespread complaints that AI opponents have been excessively challenging and aggressive since launch.
Beyond AI adjustments, the update accelerates progression in Horizon Play mode by reducing the time needed to reach Level 100. For players still pursuing 100% road discovery, the update provides better guidance through a new “Roads Driven” percentage indicator on the Region Overview map, making it easier to track exploration progress.
Series 2 launches with fresh weekly challenges on June 18, offering players the opportunity to unlock new cars and other rewards. The update is now available on both Xbox and PC platforms.
