Hellraiser: Revival hooks a release date with trailer full of Doom-like glory kills and otherworldly powers

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, the survival horror game from Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games, has received an official release date of October 8, 2026, across PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The announcement came alongside a new trailer showcasing the game’s visceral, graphic combat and horrifying atmosphere.

The game follows Aidan Lynch (voiced by Xalavier Nelson Jr.), who discovers a supernatural puzzle box that summons the Cenobites—sadomasochistic extra-dimensional beings from Barker’s iconic Hellraiser franchise. After his girlfriend Sunny joins the Cenobites in Hell, Aidan embarks on a grim journey to rescue her, with the legendary Pinhead overseeing the nightmarish ordeal.

The newly released trailer emphasizes Hellraiser: Revival’s position as one of 2026’s most violent games, featuring graphic imagery that Saber Interactive chose to restrict on certain platforms, with uncensored versions available on the game’s official website. The combat system showcases “Doom-like glory kills” alongside supernatural abilities, including invoking the Cenobites’ iconic hooks and harnessing pyrokinesis.

Pre-orders open soon, with the Standard Edition priced at $39.99 and the Deluxe Edition at $49.99. Both include exclusive in-game cosmetics—the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin—while a Collector’s Edition featuring licensed physical collectibles is also available.

Announced roughly a year ago, Hellraiser: Revival arrives strategically timed for the Halloween season, positioning itself as a must-play title for horror enthusiasts seeking an intensely violent and disturbing survival horror experience.
