Xbox Game Pass Loses 8 More Games Very Soon

Microsoft has announced the removal of eight games from Xbox Game Pass effective June 30, 2026. This follows five additional games removed on June 15, bringing the total number of Game Pass removals in June to 13.

The departing titles include notable games such as Payday 2, Tomb Raider and Rise of the Tomb Raider, and beloved indie titles Slay the Spire and Unpacking. Also being removed are Ultimate Chicken Horse, Mecha Break, and Volcano Princess.

Game Pass subscribers have until June 30 to purchase any of these titles at a discount of at least 20% before they are removed from the service. Some titles may receive deeper discounts as part of upcoming Xbox sales promotions.

To offset these removals, Microsoft is adding new games to Game Pass throughout June and into early July, including Call of Duty: Vanguard (June 17), EA Sports FC 26 (June 18), and Abyssus (June 25).
