Final Fantasy Tactics Remaster Gets Surprise PS5 Patch, Adding New Game+, Settings, and More
Square Enix has released a surprise “Enhanced” update for Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles, nearly a year after the remaster’s September 2025 release on PS5 and PS4. The patch adds a full New Game+ mode, allowing players to start fresh with progression bonuses, alongside various gameplay adjustments and new settings options.
