How to get Mega Stones in Pokémon Champions
Pokémon Champions features 73 different Mega Stones that players can acquire and use to temporarily Mega Evolve their Pokémon during battles. The game provides several methods for obtaining these stones, allowing trainers to access these powerful evolutions throughout their gameplay experience.
To utilize Mega Stones, players must first add their desired Pokémon to their active team. Once selected, players can equip the corresponding Mega Stone as a held item through the team management interface. The process involves navigating to the item menu and pressing R to access the Mega Stone tab, where the appropriate stone can be selected and assigned to the Pokémon.
During battle, trainers can trigger a Mega Evolution by selecting the “Fight” command and then pressing R, transforming their Pokémon into its Mega Evolved form for strategic advantage. This mechanic allows players to employ Mega Evolution as a tactical element in combat encounters.
The game recently received an update (version 1.1.0 as of June 17) that expanded the Mega Stone collection by introducing new Pokémon available for Mega Evolution. This update also coincided with the mobile release of Pokémon Champions, bringing the game to a wider audience across different platforms.
