Crimson Desert features an unusual item called the Alchemy Explosive Pack, a backpack found on enemies of the Bleed Bandits faction. The item generates bombs when the player takes damage, but it has an unintended exploit: players can manually trigger the bomb generation without suffering the normal durability penalties or taking damage themselves. This allows for essentially infinite bomb production, making it an overpowered item in the game’s current state.
To obtain the Alchemy Explosive Pack, players must travel to the Southern Quarry and defeat enemies from the Bleed Bandits who are equipped with the backpack. However, the item currently suffers from a bug that causes it to fall through the ground upon being dropped by defeated enemies, making it impossible to pick up. This technical issue prevents most players from successfully acquiring the item despite locating the correct enemies and location.
