Here’s What’s Leaving the PS Plus Library in July 2026
Sony is removing 12 games from PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions on July 21, 2026. Players with these tiers have just over a month to download and play any titles they wish to preserve before removal.
The departing games include several standout titles across different genres. Risk of Rain 2, a cooperative roguelike that became a breakout hit in 2020, is among the most notable losses. The game features players working together to navigate a psychedelic alien world filled with dangerous creatures. Its gameplay centers on risk-and-reward mechanics—staying longer in a biome increases opportunities to find loot, but also increases enemy difficulty. With multiple unique character classes and varied loot systems, the game offers significant build customization and replayability.
Other games leaving the catalog include Tropico 6, a management simulation; Clash: Artifacts of Chaos; and Roki. While PlayStation Plus subscribers at all tiers receive access to free monthly games, online multiplayer, and discounts, the Extra and Premium subscription levels specifically provide access to a rotating digital game catalog.
