The promotional footage presents a detailed nighttime view of Vice City’s skyline, centered on a sprawling bay. The scene is densely packed with environmental details, ranging from tennis courts in the foreground to distant skyscrapers that define the cityscape.
However, observant gaming enthusiasts quickly identified a peculiar graphical anomaly in the footage: a Ferris wheel positioned at the far side of the bay casts no reflection in the water below, despite virtually all other environmental elements being reflected. This discrepancy has sparked curiosity among fans and observers, raising questions about whether the absence of reflection represents a rendering error, an intentional design decision, a rendering limitation, or a placeholder element in the promotional material.
