How To Find The Secret Destiny 2 Exotic Mission And Get Cull’s Shadow
Destiny 2 has received a secret Exotic mission as part of its final content update. Players can discover and complete this hidden mission to unlock Cull’s Shadow, a new Exotic fusion rifle featuring the Soulburn intrinsic trait.
The Soulburn mechanic allows Cull’s Shadow to heal the wielder and generate Soulfire Charges through final blows or rapid hits with the weapon’s frontal blades. These charges enhance subsequent shots by inflicting potent corruption on targets, while the weapon’s melee component deals increased damage to corrupted enemies. The fusion rifle is also particularly effective against Unstoppable champions, making it a versatile tool for endgame encounters.
The mission is accessed through specific suspicious signals located in Archer’s Line and Anchor of Light, beginning with the Oblation: Bloodline mission. As this represents part of Destiny 2’s final content update before the game enters its post-support phase, obtaining this Exotic represents one of the last new weapons players will be able to acquire.
