Deltarune Chapter 5 broke concurrent player records on Steam, setting a new all-time peak of 291,816 players on its release day. The latest installment of Toby Fox’s indie RPG was announced during the June Nintendo Direct presentation and launched on Steam today, attracting a significant influx of players across the platform. At the time of reporting, the game maintained 242,144 concurrent players, with its day-one peak approaching the 300,000 player threshold.
The release marks a major milestone for the long-awaited sequel content.
