LA Thieves Just Broke The All-Time CDL Win Streak Record
LA Thieves achieved a historic milestone by breaking the all-time Call of Duty League win streak record during Major 4 in Paris, France. The team delivered an impressive opening round performance, defeating Carolina Royal Ravens as part of a flawless tournament run that included an exceptional map win ratio.
This represents a dramatic turnaround for LA Thieves, who began the 2026 CDL season in poor form. The team finished sixth at Major 1 and fourth at Major 2, raising concerns about their competitive trajectory. However, the roster has since ignited a remarkable hot streak, securing victories at both a recent Major tournament and a Minor event, positioning them as serious contenders for the Call of Duty League Championship.
The momentum builds on their Major 3 triumph, where they defeated OpTic Texas in a tightly contested grand final. Their Paris performance demonstrates the consistency that now defines the revitalized roster, with their perfect record suggesting the team has resolved the issues that plagued their early-season performances. The win streak record achievement underscores LA Thieves’ current dominance in professional Call of Duty competition.
