As American Truck Simulator leaves the USA for the first time, here are the locations you’ll be driving to in British Columbia
American Truck Simulator is expanding into Canada for the first time with a new British Columbia DLC pack. Developer SCS Software has announced that the Canadian province will be added to the game’s continuously expanding map, positioning British Columbia on the upper-left portion of the existing game world.
SCS Software has begun releasing information about locations featured in the DLC, with Vancouver confirmed as one of the destinations players will visit. Additional cities and towns will be included in the expansion, though the complete list has not yet been announced. The developer has not provided a specific release date for the British Columbia pack, though with the Illinois DLC having launched less than a month prior, the expansion is likely still several months away.
This expansion represents a significant milestone for American Truck Simulator, marking the game’s first official venture beyond United States borders into international territories. The game’s map has grown substantially over time through state-based DLC packs, and the move into Canada demonstrates SCS Software’s continued commitment to expanding the game world and delivering new content to its playerbase.
