Moana 3 Is in the Works, According to The Rock
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has confirmed that Moana 3 is actively in development at Disney. Speaking at a press conference promoting the new live-action Moana film, Johnson announced that the sequel will be written by Jared Bush and Dana Ledoux Miller, the same screenwriting team behind Moana 2 and the upcoming live-action remake. Johnson emphasized that Disney will prioritize the release of the live-action Moana film before moving forward with the animated sequel. Given the lengthy production timelines typical of major animated films, Moana 3 is expected to be several years away from release.
