Xbox Game Pass Is Removing A Lot Of Games Very Soon
Microsoft is removing 11 games from Xbox Game Pass on July 15, 2026, marking the first of two expected removal waves for the month. Notable departures include EA Sports FC 24, Golf With Your Friends, Stellaris, PowerWash Simulator, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Golf With Your Friends is a particularly significant loss, having been available on Game Pass for an impressive six-year tenure.
While PowerWash Simulator is leaving the service, its sequel PowerWash Simulator 2 will remain available. Following Microsoft’s typical rotation pattern, subscribers can purchase the departing titles at a 20% discount before they leave. A second wave of removals is expected later in July.
The removals highlight the ongoing churn in Game Pass’s library, where titles are regularly added and removed based on licensing agreements. New additions coming in July include Halo: Campaign Evolved on July 28. Game Pass subscribers are advised to check the “Leaving Soon” section in the Xbox app to track titles departing from the service.
