Slay the Spire 2 gets 15 powerful new multiplayer cards, while making life easier the first time you install a mod

Slay the Spire 2 has received a substantial multiplayer update featuring 15 new cards designed specifically for cooperative play. The update, now available on Steam’s beta branch, introduces cards across all five character classes: the Regent, Silent, Ironclad, and two others. The new card pool includes one colourless card, two new Regent-specific cards, and three new cards for each of the remaining four classes.

Beyond new cards, the update includes reworked versions of some existing cards, refreshing the multiplayer meta and encouraging new strategic approaches. Notable additions include Midnight, a rare attack card from the Ironclad class. The changes aim to enhance the cooperative experience for players tackling runs together with fresh strategic possibilities.

In addition to card additions, the update addresses accessibility by improving the mod installation process. First-time mod installations are now easier, lowering the barrier to entry for players looking to customize their Slay the Spire 2 experience through community-created content.
