Atlus presented new information about Persona 4 Revival, its remake of the beloved PlayStation 2 RPG, during a panel at Anime Expo 2026 this weekend. Key team members at the event included general producer Kazuhisa Wada, business producer Yoshuke Uda, and character designer Shigenori Soejima, who provided insights into the project’s development.

The panel featured merchandise displays and a general overview of the remake’s scope and improvements. Atlus debuted a visual comparison showcasing the enhancements made between Persona 4 Golden and Persona 4 Revival, demonstrating modernized graphics and presentation updates for the new version.

A character trailer exclusively featuring Rise Kujikawa was revealed at the event. The announcement confirmed that Abby Trott will be the new English voice actress for Rise, taking on the role for this remake.

Additionally, Atlus revealed that the remake will include entirely new anime cutscenes. These sequences were created specifically for Persona 4 Revival and represent new content not present in the original PlayStation 2 version or subsequent ports.
