The Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition Is Available For Preorder (And Comes With An Atari Barbie)
Mattel and Atari have partnered to release the Barbie Rewind Deluxe Edition, a nostalgic compilation of retro Barbie video games coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 on November 12. The Deluxe Edition is priced at $60, while a Standard Edition at $30 will also be available.
The collection includes 16 Barbie games originally released between 1991 and 2007, offering players a chance to experience classic titles from the franchise’s gaming history. Notably, the compilation features a previously unreleased Barbie game from 1994, making it a significant find for collectors and fans of retro gaming.
The Deluxe Edition distinguishes itself with an exclusive physical bonus: a limited-edition Barbie Rewind doll. Only 20,000 of these dolls will be produced, adding a collectible element to the release and appealing to both video game enthusiasts and Barbie collectors. The game is currently available for preorder across major retailers including Best Buy, Target, and GameStop.
