You can complete medieval vampire RPG The Blood of Dawnwalker even quicker than previously thought - before even the prologue ends

The Blood of Dawnwalker is a medieval vampire RPG known for its freeform gameplay that allows players to complete the game through various approaches. A new discovery reveals that players can finish the game extremely quickly—even during the prologue, rather than just after it concludes.

Previously, it was understood that once players left the prologue’s walled settlement area, they could rush directly to confront Brencis, the game’s final boss located in his castle at the center of the map. Defeating him ends the game, though doing so at low levels would be exceptionally difficult.

This latest finding demonstrates that the game’s design allows for even more dramatic sequence-breaking, with completion possible during the prologue itself. The discovery underscores The Blood of Dawnwalker’s emphasis on player freedom and agency, enabling different approaches to progression based on individual playstyle and exploration choices. This speedrun-friendly design highlights how the game prioritizes player agency over enforcing a linear progression path, allowing skilled or adventurous players to bypass traditional story beats and face the final challenge much earlier than expected.
