Nintendo Switch 2 Leak Reveals The Crew Motorfest, With Physical Launch Via Game-Key Card

Ubisoft has confirmed that The Crew Motorfest will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026, bringing the open-world racing game to Nintendo’s new console. According to reliable insider billbil_kun, the title will be available in both digital and physical formats, with the physical version releasing on Nintendo’s Game-Key Card cartridge—a lower-cost alternative to traditional cartridges that includes physical media but requires downloading the full game.

The Switch 2 version will be priced at $49.99 USD, €44.99 EUR, and £44.99 GBP. The relatively affordable pricing reflects both the Game-Key Card format and the fact that The Crew Motorfest, originally released in 2023, will be three years old by the time it arrives on Switch 2. The racer, which is set in Hawaii and is the third installment in The Crew franchise, has been well-received for its handling, variety of activities, and setting.

The Switch 2 release continues a trend of third-party publishers bringing both new and existing titles to Nintendo’s new platform following its launch.
