Build Your Own Criterion Closet With Up To 50% Off Blu-Rays And Box Sets
Major retailers Amazon and Barnes & Noble are offering significant discounts on Criterion Collection physical media through July 26, with savings reaching up to 50% on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD releases. The sale includes both back catalog titles and new releases, along with preorder opportunities for upcoming Criterion releases.
Highlights of the promotion include The Complete Kubrick set, available at 30% off—reducing the price from $600 to $420. The Criterion Collection 40-Film Set is also featured among recommended purchases. This sale appeals to collectors who prefer owning physical media rather than relying on streaming services, which frequently remove films from their catalogs. With Criterion’s curated selection of classic and contemporary films, enhanced picture and audio quality, and bonus features, the discounted prices provide an opportunity for both longtime collectors and newcomers to expand their libraries affordably.
