LEC Summer 2026 Schedule, Format, and Roadtrips

Riot Games has announced the format and schedule for the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) Summer Split 2026, which begins July 24. The split will determine EMEA’s representatives for the League of Legends World Championship.

The Summer Split will maintain the same format as the Spring Split, featuring best-of-three matches throughout the regular season with no best-of-one games included. Reigning LEC champions G2 Esports, currently competing at the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) where they rank in the top four, earned their position after a historic victory over T1 in what has been the most-watched League of Legends match of the year so far.

Riot Games has confirmed the full competition schedule alongside announcements of additional Roadtrips organized by Karmine Corp and Movistar KOI, continuing the regional event initiatives introduced in the Spring Split.
