TennoCon 2026: Everything Announced at the Warframe and Soulframe Fan Event

TennoCon 2026, the annual fan event hosted by developer Digital Extremes in London, Ontario, has concluded with major announcements for both Warframe and Soulframe, two online action RPGs that share a dedicated player base.

The centerpiece of this year’s event was the showcase of Warframe’s Tau expansion, which introduces an entirely new galaxy for players to explore. This expansion brings fresh threats and antagonists to the franchise, expanding the game’s scope and storyline. Alongside the Warframe reveal, Soulframe received significant updates including a new fable questline that marks the introduction of new weapons and darkside powers for players to unlock and utilize.

Additional Soulframe features announced include new player mounts. The event maintained its hybrid format, offering both in-person presentations for the hundreds of attendees who gather annually, as well as streaming opportunities for remote viewers via Twitch, ensuring the announcements reached the global player communities of both games.

Digital Extremes has maintained momentum with its live-service titles, as evidenced by the scale of announcements. The studio previously opened Soulframe to all new players at last year’s TennoCon, indicating an ongoing commitment to expanding the game’s accessibility and player base.
