Five Games Are Confirmed For Xbox Game Pass In August 2026 So Far
Microsoft has confirmed an initial batch of five games heading to Xbox Game Pass in August 2026. Among these arrivals are two particularly significant titles: Beast of Reincarnation and Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, which have been highlighted as major additions. This announcement represents an early look at the month’s Game Pass offerings, with the clear expectation that substantially more titles will be revealed over the coming weeks leading up to August. The full August 2026 lineup is anticipated to be considerably larger than these initial five confirmed games. This early preview follows Xbox’s established practice of gradually unveiling Game Pass additions throughout the month prior to their actual release, which allows subscribers to plan their gaming schedule accordingly and stay informed about upcoming service additions. As always with these monthly previews, the list is subject to expansion as Microsoft continues to announce additional titles joining the service for August.
