Hot Wheels Infinite Rush is Releasing Two Weeks Early
Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will launch on September 10, 2026, two weeks earlier than originally planned. The developer Milestone announced the release date change through a new YouTube video titled “Beyond the Track Episode 1,” which also showcased all four islands featured in the game’s open-world environment.
The arcade racing title was first announced last month alongside a trailer and initial September 24 release date. Developed by Milestone—the studio behind the previous Hot Wheels Unleashed installment—this new entry continues the franchise’s legacy. By moving forward two weeks, Hot Wheels Infinite Rush will now launch ahead of a crowded September 24 release window that includes other major titles such as Control Resonant and Silent Hill: Townfall.
The game is confirmed to release on PlayStation 5. With Milestone’s established expertise in racing game development, the title is expected to offer engaging open-world arcade racing mechanics across the revealed islands, though additional platform details beyond PS5 confirmation have not been disclosed in the available announcement materials.
