How to get sulfur in Palworld

Palworld players can now access an automated sulfur farming system to support ammunition production. Sulfur is a critical resource needed to craft gunpowder, which is required for all ammunition in the survival crafting game.

At character level 46, players unlock the ability to construct a placeable mining installation at their base that generates sulfur continuously. The site requires substantial materials to build: 70 stone, 30 Paldium fragments, 10 ancient civilization parts, and 5 ancient technology points. However, players must first gather 100 sulfur from natural deposits before they can construct the site itself.

Once placed and operational, mining Pals automatically harvest sulfur from the installation without further player intervention, creating an unlimited renewable source. An update released on July 17 expanded sulfur farming options by introducing additional node locations and information aligned with Palworld version 1.0’s release. The guide provides specific location details to help players identify sulfur deposits at various progression stages, supporting early-game resource gathering until automated mining becomes available.
