Zenless Zone Zero is launching on Xbox on PC and Xbox Play Anywhere soon with its Version 3.1 update in celebration of the game’s 2nd anniversary
Zenless Zone Zero, the action game developed by HoYoverse—creators of the wildly popular Genshin Impact—is expanding beyond PlayStation with launches on Xbox PC and Xbox Play Anywhere. The expansion arrives on July 29, 2026, marking both the arrival of new platforms and the game’s second anniversary milestone.
The game will be accessible on Xbox Series X|S consoles and through Xbox Cloud Gaming, bringing cross-platform flexibility to Microsoft’s ecosystem. This represents a significant platform expansion for the title, which was previously exclusive to PlayStation.
Coinciding with the Xbox launch is Version 3.1, a major content update titled “The Long Goodbye.” The update brings substantial new content, including a newly playable character and an entirely new gameplay mode, alongside additional features and improvements.
