Bin Steps Away From Competition; Wenbo to Start LPL Split 3 for BLG

Professional League of Legends player Chen ‘Bin’ Ze-Bin has announced he will take a temporary break from competitive play with Bilibili Gaming (BLG), citing the need to “rest and reset.” The highly-decorated Chinese top laner disclosed his decision via Weibo, explaining that he has not been performing at his best recently and determined that stepping away was necessary after discussion with his team. While expressing gratitude to BLG and his teammates for their support, Bin did not specify a timeline for his return.

To fill the vacant position in their roster, BLG has confirmed that junior top laner Yang ‘Wenbo’ Wen-Bo will be included in the active lineup for LPL Split 3, the final domestic split of the year. The move positions Wenbo, a promising junior prospect, to gain competitive experience in the league’s most competitive division. This roster adjustment comes as BLG prepares for the final stage of the LPL season, with Bin’s departure potentially opening an opportunity for the younger player to establish himself at the professional level.
