Palworld players have harnessed the power of selective breeding to create ‘infinite bomb’ Pals that can blow themselves up, repeatedly, forever

Palworld players have discovered an exploit through selective breeding that creates self-destructing Pals capable of repeatedly detonating without taking damage, effectively creating “infinite bombs” for combat. The discovery was shared by Japanese player @gn02759909 on X, who demonstrated the technique with footage showing a Pal one-shotting enemy bosses through continuous self-detonation.

The finding exploits Palworld’s breeding mechanics, which allow players to combine creature genetics to produce specific traits and abilities. By carefully selecting genetic combinations, players can apparently bypass the normal damage and cooldown limitations of self-destruct attacks. The resulting Pal simply charges at enemies and eliminates them through repeated detonations without consequence.

This represents a significant emergent gameplay discovery from Palworld’s deep breeding system. Since launch, players have used selective breeding to access late-game creatures early, spawn variant subspecies, and optimize creature abilities. However, this “infinite bomb” creation appears to be one of the most game-breaking combinations found to date.

The discovery raises questions about game balance and whether Pocket Pair will address this as an unintended exploit or allow it to remain as a reward for player experimentation and ingenuity.
