Okay, So We Now Know 1 Weapon Coming to Helldivers 2 as Part of the Warhammer 40,000 Warbond, and I Think We Can Guess a Few Others
Helldivers 2 will receive a Warhammer 40,000 crossover, with Sony announcing a full reveal scheduled for July 30. The collaboration will introduce content through a Legendary Warbond, with at least one confirmed weapon: the Bolt Pistol, a signature firearm from Games Workshop’s grimdark science fiction universe.
The Bolt Pistol is a versatile weapon used by multiple factions and units in Warhammer 40,000, but is particularly fitting in the hands of Astra Militarum soldiers. A brief teaser released by Sony displays the weapon in promotional material. Further details about additional weapons, cosmetics, and other content from the crossover remain undisclosed ahead of the July 30 announcement.
This partnership between developer Arrowhead Game Studios and Games Workshop marks a significant collaboration for the live-service shooter. The announcement has generated speculation among players about what additional Warhammer 40,000 elements may be included in the Warbond beyond the Bolt Pistol.
