Splatoon Raiders Added To Nintendo Music As A ‘Special Release’
Nintendo Music, the company’s dedicated music streaming service, has been updated with nine tracks from Splatoon Raiders as a special release, coinciding with the spin-off game’s launch on Nintendo Switch 2. The curated selection of songs represents a sample from the game’s original soundtrack, providing players and music enthusiasts with an early taste of what the full game offers.
Splatoon has long been recognized for its distinctive, upbeat, and funky musical style that has become a signature element of the franchise. Splatoon Raiders continues this musical tradition, and the special release on Nintendo Music serves both as promotional content for the new Switch 2 spin-off and as a standalone showcase for the game’s audio design.
This release strategy highlights Nintendo’s approach to leveraging its music streaming platform to support new game launches, particularly for titles launching on new hardware like the Switch 2. By making tracks available on its dedicated music service, Nintendo provides fans with direct access to the game’s soundtrack while potentially drawing interest in the full game experience.
