Mistfall Hunter’s Best Class Just Got Even Better
Bellring Games’ extraction brawler Mistfall Hunter launched on July 29 and received its first balance update just one day later. The July 30 patch focused on improvements to the Withered Knight, one of the game’s core classes.
The most significant change saw the Withered Knight receive a secondary weapon option consisting of a polearm and shield combination. During the beta phase, the class was limited to wielding only a greatsword, making it the only class without a secondary weapon option. With the full release, the Withered Knight now has parity with the game’s five other classes.
The update also included damage increases to several attacks used with the new polearm and shield loadout, making the Withered Knight a more formidable option in combat encounters. These balance adjustments come shortly after the game’s official release, demonstrating the developer’s commitment to ongoing balance refinement and class viability across the game’s roster.
