Tom Holland Reveals His Favorite Video Game And Why He Cannot Play Fortnite
During an appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, actor Tom Holland revealed that The Last of Us: Part II is his favorite video game of all time. Holland, who starred in the live-action Uncharted film adaptation, expressed his deep appreciation for the acclaimed Naughty Dog title, simply stating it is “so good.”
Despite HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us series, Holland confirmed he has not watched the show, primarily because he holds the source game in such high regard. “I love the game so much. I don’t play video games all that much. And the game is just so good,” he explained. The actor noted that he doesn’t engage with video games frequently, but when he does, The Last of Us: Part II stands out.
The podcast discussion also touched on Holland’s gaming struggles, with the actor noting that he finds Fortnite particularly difficult to play, highlighting the contrast between his passion for narrative-driven single-player experiences and competitive multiplayer demands. Holland’s comments came during a press tour for his latest film project, Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
