Razer has acquired the assets of StreamElements, a prominent cloud-based live streaming platform serving content creators worldwide. As an asset purchase rather than a full company acquisition, Razer receives StreamElements’ proprietary technology, brand identity, and operational infrastructure. Notably, the original parent company Live Momentum remains responsible for all outstanding prior debts and payments owed to creators before the deal’s closure.
