Pokemon Pokopia Will Finally Add This Much-Needed Storage Feature
Pokémon Pokopia received its much-anticipated Version 2.0.0 update on August 5, introducing the free “Bubbly Basin” underwater expansion alongside new paid DLC options. The expansion marks a significant milestone for the game with the addition of a long-requested shared storage feature—a craftable item that players can place to store and retrieve items conveniently.
The update brings numerous gameplay additions including a new Dive move and the ability to construct structures underwater, expanding player creativity and exploration options. Additional features include new craftable items, expanded character customization with new hair colors, and various performance improvements and bug fixes designed to enhance the overall player experience.
The Bubbly Basin expansion represents the first part of the game’s Expansion Pass DLC offering, available on Nintendo Switch 2. This update demonstrates the developers’ commitment to adding community-requested features while continuing to expand the game’s content library with substantial underwater gameplay mechanics.
