Another Way To Play Big Walk Is Already In The Works

House House’s co-op puzzle-solving game Big Walk, which launched just two days ago to critical acclaim, is already receiving community attention with an independent modder working on expanding its gameplay possibilities.

CircuitLord, a solo developer, has announced they are developing a VR modification for Big Walk. The modder has shared proof-of-concept footage on social media demonstrating the mod in action. In their demonstration videos, the VR implementation allows players to pick up and interact with objects in the game world—a feature that extends the tactile nature of the puzzle-solving experience.

The modding community’s response appears positive, with CircuitLord sharing an updated iteration that showcases the progression of their work. However, CircuitLord has noted that the mechanics still require refinement, particularly regarding object throwing, which they describe as needing to be “a tad bit less powerful” in its current implementation.

This early adoption by modders highlights the appeal of Big Walk’s design and community engagement just days after launch. The VR mod demonstrates the potential for expanding how players can experience the puzzle-solving gameplay, adding a new dimension to the co-op mechanics that define the original title.
