Nintendo Donating 50 Million Yen To Assist Kumamoto Earthquake Relief Efforts
Nintendo has announced a 50 million yen donation to support relief efforts following an earthquake in Kumamoto, Japan. The funds will be directed to the local Red Cross Society to assist residents affected by the disaster.
Beyond the financial contribution, Nintendo is extending additional support through free repair services for residents in earthquake-affected areas. This assistance program will remain available until February 1, 2027, offering affected residents the opportunity to have gaming hardware and potentially other electronics repaired at no cost.
