Valor Mortis, a new first-person soulslike from One More Level (the team behind Ghostrunner), is preparing for launch on October 13, 2026. The game follows William, a former soldier of Napoleon’s Grande Armée, as he is brought back from death with supernatural powers. Players will battle horrifying monsters and unravel a conspiracy threatening all of humanity.
The game represents One More Level’s venture into the soulslike genre, combining challenging combat mechanics with a unique historical-supernatural premise. Valor Mortis will release simultaneously across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
