Stalker 2 is finally letting us explore the Chornobyl Power Plant
GSC Game World has unveiled the upcoming Stalker 2 expansion, Cost of Hope, through a new deep dive video showcasing previously inaccessible regions of the Zone. The DLC will allow players to explore the Iron Forest and the Chornobyl Power Plant itself for the first time.
The expansion is confirmed to deliver dozens of hours of additional content, making it a substantial addition to Stalker 2’s already expansive gameplay. Beyond the two major new regions, Cost of Hope will introduce fresh weapons, gear, new hub locations, quests, and uncharted areas to discover. While the video provides an extended preview of these additions, GSC Game World has not yet announced the expansion’s pricing, leaving the cost still to be determined.
